No Boundaries I Winter 2018
A nationally awarded program, offers a proven approach to running that is safe and effective. We provide an encouraging, welcoming and safe environment, so you can feel confident knowing at the end of the 11 weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk a your first 5K feeling healthy, happy and strong.
Our goal race is the Run for your Heart 5K on February 9, 2019. Race registration fee is not included in the program fee.
This session will include 2 weekly organized coached runs, a professionally developed daily training schedule, various pace group options, weekly educational/special guest discussions and a coached led dynamic warm-up and cool down.
Requirements: No experience required, just a water bottle and safety lights.
*The Group will decide collectively on alternatives for Tuesday, December 25th and Tuesday, January 1st!
