2019 Liz Hurley No Boundaries
No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. It is a nationally organized and recognized program, sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. While No Boundaries/Walk Fit focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program, like Fleet Feet, is all-inclusive. It knows no shape, size or speed. This 10 week training program includes weekly training sessions, informational newsletters, and educational clinics.
Kick Off: Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 7 PM at Fleet Feet
FF AM: Tuesday, August 13 at 9 AM at Fleet Feet
FF PM: Monday, August 12 at 6 PM at Fleet Feet
Madison: Monday, August 12 at 6 PM at Indian Creek Greenway
FF AM: 9 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays from Fleet Feet
FF PM: 6 PM Mondays and Thursdays from Fleet Feet
Madison: 6 PM Mondays and Thursdays from Indian Creek Greenway
Goal Race: Liz Hurley Ribbon Run 5K on October 19, 2019
10 weeks of training for walkers, walk/runners, and runners
Two coached training sessions each week
