Marathon Program Winter 2019
Our Marathon Training Program is designed to help you meet your goals. Whether you are trying to complete your first marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. Our group environment will keep you motivated and keep it fun. Our comprehensive coached program is led by Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. The program will start January 27 and meet Sundays at 8 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. for 18 weeks. The program will help you train for the Pittsburgh Marathon or another Spring marathon. The program cost of $99 includes coaching, a tech t-shirt and exclusive deals at Fleet Feet Sports.
