Are you looking for a program for walkers or beginner runners?  Join Fleet Feet Decatur's newest training program – Walk FIT/ beginner 5k.  Designed for walkers and newbies of all fitness levels and abilities. This is a comfortable, non-intimidating, supportive environment for everyone. Meet new friends, be accountable to your peers/coach and find new walking routes - all while increasing your fitness level. Learn the importance of proper walking form, stretching and much more from our knowledgeable coach and mentors. Move at your own pace and focus on your success while training to complete a 5k.
