Skills & Drills is back for another round, and we're taking it to the next level!

 

Introducing Fleet Feet FIIT (Fast, Intense, Interval Training). This 45-minute non-stop, high-energy workout will give you the aerobic endurance, muscular strength and calorie burn you are looking for. Kick start your training week with a shot of adrenaline and endorphins!

 

Using a split-body, circuit-based design, this workout keeps you moving from start to finish with structured rest periods strategically designed to maximize your heart rate recovery. Test your limits, and become fitter and faster with FIIT!

 

Participants should be comfortable with high intensity intervals, and have previous strength training experience.
