Fall 2018 Monterey Bay Half Marathon Training Group

Train for a half-marathon with us! We'll meet Tuesdays and Saturdays for 12 weeks of group training runs, building towards the Monterey Bay Half Marathon on 11/11/18. Our coached group runs will include skill-building and speed sessions on Tuesdays and the longest run of the week on Saturday mornings. The long distance run will build from 4 miles up to 12 to prepare for the race distance. All paces are welcome! Race registration is optional, and not included in the training program.
