2018 Fall Marathon & Half Marathon & 10K Training
Our fall marathon & half marathon program and 10K will guide you through completing a marathon or half marathon or 10K over a 16 week session. This session will include supported group training runs Wednesday nights at 7PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM. Participants will receive a complete training program at the outset of the session with guidance for cross-training and intensity based on experience level.
By joining this training group you are automatically joining the Fleet Feet Running Club, a group of community focused runners!
