2018 Fall Half Marathon Training Program

Prepare for any Fall Half Marathon with our training program and experienced coaching team while enjoying cool morning runs and supportive group members! When joining this running family, you will want to feel good covering 5-6 miles comfortably. Grab your running partner and join us for a fun, educational and unforgettable experience! Goal Race is Folsom Blues 13.1 on October 21st.

All participants will receive Fleet Feet swag, 5k time trail to assess fitness goals, energy gels for training, 2 coach guided runs each week, detailed training schedule, pre-mapped courses and more! Saturday long runs will include hilly courses that are perfect to prepare you for any half marathon.

Join us August 1st 6:00pm at Fleet Feet for the program informational meeting. Training begins August 11th.

PROGRAM BENEFITS: ~2 weekly group workouts led by experienced and RRCA Certified Fleet Feet Sports Coaches

~1 weekly group TRX Bootcamp workout led by Anissa at Crossfit Lucky 4

~1 weekly group yoga class at Fleet Feet Vacaville

~10-week daily training schedule with speed, hill, and race pace workouts ~Events, Demos, and other socials

~Weekly training newsletter with training tips, workout locations and more plus unlimited email access to your coaches

PROGRAM LOGISTICS: First group workout: Saturday August 11th, 2018 6:30 am Weekly group workouts:

Tuesdays 5:00pm or 6:00pm - TRX/Bootcamp

Thursdays 6:15pm- Speed Workout

Saturdays 6:30am- Long Run

Sundays 9:00am - Yoga

Workout locations: Lucky 4 Crossfit of Vacaville, Fleet Feet Sports Vacaville and Al Patch Track in Vacaville

Registration Fee: $115 ($105 through August 10, 2018) Coaches:Rodney, Sarah, Kim and Monica
