3rd Sunday Yoga- May 20, 2018

This is not an active group.

This yoga class is taught by Abi McIntosh and is intended to take you through recovery techniques and help expand cross training options. You will learn various poses and modifications to help with strength training, balance, flexibility and muscle recovery.  Weather allowing, we will meet outdoors.

Please bring your own yoga mat (and blocks if you prefer to use them)
