2018 Fall and Queen Bee Training

Join the official training program partners of the Queen Bee for a 14 week program to get you ready for your Queen Bee 4 Miler and Half Marathon this year!

If you are looking to train for a Fall Full marathon, we will also be training for the Columbus Full Marathon on October 21, 2018! The Full program will last 15 weeks.

The 5K/10K Program will complete our Fall Training Program. This 14-week program will train for the Queen Bee 4-miler.  

Training Details:

As always training will be offered in both Blue Ash and Oakley locations with our Head Coaches and our AMAZING Pace Group Leader Team.

Half/Full Marathon Training Kick Off  will be held at both locations on Saturday, July 7. We will start at 7 am with our first group workout & end with the Kick Off Breakfast sponsored by First Watch & Rooted Grounds. 

Half/Full Marathon Workout Locations & Times:

We will meet weekly for our training workouts at both locations:

-Blue Ash: Tuesdays 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM

-Oakley: Wednesday 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM

 

Beginner Training Kick-Off & Info Sessions will be held at both locations on Saturday, July 7. We will start at 7:30 am with a brief info session & end with the groups Magic Mile.

Beginner Workout Locations & Times:

We will meet weekly for our training workouts at both locations:

-Blue Ash: Tuesdays 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:30AM

-Oakley: Wednesday 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:30AM
