PILATES AT PITTSBURGH FITNESS PROJECT IN LAWRENCEVILLE

$20 for the class, space is limited!

 

Sunday, August 19th (8-9am)

 

Pilates helps strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. Mat work is the foundation of Pilates. Core work is important for our daily lives and makes day to day activities easier and more enjoyable.

 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior. Bring a towel and water bottle.
