Summer Camp Trail Run for Beginners

What: Beginning Tuesday, June 5th this is a 4-week training program for people who want to train over the summer, but want to avoid the roads and heat of the North Carolina sun and stick to the trails. 

Pre-requisites: Must be able to run/walk 3 miles. This is a beginner program, but some running experience is required.

Meeting Days: Tuesday nights (primarily at Umstead State Park) – 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:30AM (rotating locations in the Raleigh area). You will receive a calendar of the locations for each training day at the beginning of the program.

Cost: $45. Includes – training plan, coached runs, educational seminars, yummy goodies, sponsor discounts in store.

Participant Interest Meeting: Wednesday, May 30th at 7pm Fleet Feet Morrisville

First Workout: Tuesday, June 5th- 6PM- location Bond park community center 

Program runs for 4 weeks; June 5th - June 30th

Goal Distances: To cater to various abilities we will make routes/groups that go on different long runs.
