Become a more efficient runner and change up your workouts by adding in our Spring Speed Program every Monday, 6:00pm at the University School track. Do not let the word "speed" intimidate you. This program brings in a wide range of runners and athletes. Each workout will consist of a total of 3 miles of various interval distances and paces. With a coached track workout, you will learn about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. What better way to do a speed workout than with a group as well! Let us help you for the next six weeks in teaching you how become quicker and stronger runner! First workout is April 2, 2018!
