This is a beginner-focused group. We utilize the WALK-RUN method to ensure that anyone in reasonable health can finish the goal 5K.

All ages and abilities are welcome. The 8 week program meets twice per week (Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am) and our goal race is the Big Run 5K on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 6:30pm.
