Fall 2018 Marathon Training

The Fall 2018 Full Marathon Training Program is a 15 week program which meets up to three times a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Fall 2018 season will be geared towards the Long Beach Marathon. However, our Coaches can help you train for any fall race you choose! The cost of the program is $125 and includes: - A 15-week training program - Coach-guided weekly training sessions: - Access to coaches via email during the week - Tech tee + special discounts - Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, and more - Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions - The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
