2018 Half Marathon: FINISH - Summer

The Summer 2018 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 12 week program which meets two times a week is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Summer 2018 season will be geared towards the Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon on September 29th, 2018. However, our Coaches can help you train for any Fall race you choose! 

Important Dates:

  • Information Session: Monday, June 25th at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne
  • Season Starts: Tuesday, July 10th at 6:30 pm 
  • Season Logistics: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturday Mornings at 8 am (time subject to change due to weather) at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne
  • Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon on September 29th, 2018
