Are you ready to run a personal record in the 5k? Fleet Feet Sports Roanoke is ready to help! This Spring, we are introducing a new program that ties in to The Big Run, which is a race that takes place on Wednesday, June 6th. This program is designed to improve your endurance and your speed for the 5k distance. 

Every Thursday Night for 8 weeks, a different speed, hill, or core workout will take place at Reserve Avenue at 6PM. These workouts will be geared towards sharpening your race day performance for The Big Run 5k. All ability levels are welcome, but be prepared for speed work that includes time trials, mile repeats, tempo runs, and more!
