Spring 2018 Intermediate 5K

We are excited to announce our Spring 2018 Intermediate 5K training program! Join Fleet Feet and our sponsor, NUUN, for this 8-week program designed for individuals who can run at least one mile and would like to be part of a team and coached to run a full 5K. This program is also ideal for people who have run before and want to keep fit for your New Year's Resolution. It's a great way to get ready for the Run Around the Rice 5K on May 20th, 2018. This is built for someone who wants to be able to run a full 5K and this program will have minor speed workouts in it.

This team meets on Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 7:30am.
