THE BIG COMMIT is an opportunity to recharge that workout resolution. 

We will offer 3 training programs, starting April 4th, and culminating with the BIG RUN 5K on June 6th.

  • No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. 
  • WalkFIT is a walking program designed to move people from the casual walk to a more aerobic walking pace. This program is open to all walkers.
  • Speed School is geared to those persons who have run 5Ks and beyond, but want to improve upon their 5K finish times.

Each of these programs will run for 10 weeks.  Along the way we will provide you with motivation to keep you moving, as well as guidance and advice. We will conduct weekly group training runs or walks and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! The cost is only $70 and includes your race registration. Space is limited so don't wait!!

We will have information sessions for you to find out more about the program on March 22nd, here at the store at 7pm.
