Make "The Big Commit" this Spring and run or walk your way to a 5K with us!

Regardless of your starting point, we are here to help you achieve your 5K goals. You will be supported by others that have similar goals, mentored by other runners and walkers who have been a participant in these programs and will be a part of the best camaraderie in the city! Join us for The Big Run 5K, sponsored by Fleet Feet Pittsburgh at the end of your 10 week program!

We are offering four training options:

  • WalkFIT & Walk-Jog Intervals - designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to cross the finish line walking or using walk-jog intervals
  • No Boundaries & 5K Finish - designed for those with little to no running experience who would like to cross the finish line running the entire 5K distance. This program begins with structured intervals and progresses into easily-paced continuous jogging.
  • 5K Fast - designed for those who have experience at the 5K distance and want to set a personal best by incorporating elements of speed and strength training in their program
  • The Fleet Elite - designed for the veteran 5K runner who wants to crush their race by utilizing speed and strength workouts in addition to cross-training and neuromuscular conditioning.
