2018 Intro to Trail Running

Six week introductory trail series designed to get runners familiar with local trails. Group sessions include methods to help avoid injury, tips on how to stretch and recover from sore muscles, hydration and trail safety.  Each week we will cover trail etiquette and lingo, too.

Our final trail run will be a "mock" 5k trail race!  Put your trail experience to the test with this fun event.  We'll have refreshments, raffles and more!
