2018 Spring Half Marathon Training

This is a 12 week training program that begins January 29th and our goal race is the Chick-fil-a Half Marathon on April 7, 2018. The program is open to runners of all paces and abilities & will meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Participants are asked to be at a level of running that they could cover 4 miles.  Coaches will be on hand to guide you through your training, provide encouragement, and answer any questions you have along the way. We will have numerous clinics and give-aways throughout the season.  Participants will receive a custom technical tee!!
