New Balance WalkFit Group Feb-Mar 2018

This is not an active group.

This is a beginner group.  Our goal is to help you walk a 5K (3.1 miles).  Should be able to easily walk at least 1 mile at start of group.

The 4 week program meets twice per week (Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am) and our goal event is the Sham Rox 5K on March 17, 2018. The program runs five times per year.  We start up on Tuesday, Feb 20th.
