New Balance 5K FAST Group Jan-Mar 2018

This is not an active group.

This is a more advanced group. Participants don't have to be fast, but should be easily able to complete a 5K and have the goal of running faster.

The 8 week program meets twice per week (Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am) and our goal race is the Sham Rox 5K on March 17, 2018. The program runs five times per year.
