Saucony 13.1 FAST Group Jan-Apr 2018

This is not an active group.

This is a more advanced group. Must be able to run 5 miles continuously at start of program to participate.

The 12 week program meets twice per week (Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am). This program meets twice per year, in the Spring and Fall.
