New Balance 5K Finish Group Jan-Mar 2018

This is not an active group.

This is a beginner-focused group. We utilize the WALK-RUN method to ensure that anyone in reasonable health can finish the goal 5K.

All ages and abilities are welcome. The 8 week program meets twice per week (Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am) and our goal race is the Sham Rox 5K on March 17, 2018. The program runs five times per year.
