Getting Started: Train for a 5K Spring 2018

Start where you are in this 10-week program preparing to run or walk a 5K race. Coaches will guide the group through fundamentals of training.

We'll meet for group training runs at Fleet Feet Menlo Park on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m and Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Participants will receive a weekly training newsletter, a race day technical team shirt, and special promotions.
