Fleet Feet Sports Mid Distance Training Program Winter 2018

Our 12 week program begins on Tuesday, February 27th and is designed for our 5K Training Program graduates or anyone that can currently complete a 5k with minimal to no walking. This program will challenge participants with track and hill work and additional training distance up to 6 miles to give participants the next step in training to run a mid distance race or a faster 5K!   

We meet Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am. Our goal race is the Fight the Good Fight 7K in Huntersville on May 19th, 2018. The cost of the program is $120 and includes a technical shirt to train in, coaching two days a week with a detailed training plan a great opportunity to meet people with your same goals!  Clinic topics can include Running Form,  Injury Prevention, Cross Training, Nutrition, Race Preparation, and more!
