Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet in The Training Room between Fleet Feet Sports and Trek Bike Store each Thursday evening at 7:15 PM starting January 11th. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
