Planning to run the Pittsburgh Half Marathon or be a part of a Pittsburgh Marathon Relay Team this spring? Join the group that has helped thousands of runners of all abilities reach their goals! Our Certified Coaches, Pace Group Leaders, and Mentors offer the support and motivation needed to keep you going.  And, with three different training level options, there is a program suited for every participant – whether this is your first race, you are looking to improve, or blast through a plateau.

12 Week Half Marathon Training Plan – Choose your training level:

  • Level 1 – For the first time Half Marathoner looking to safely cross the finish line (run/walk interval training available) 
  • Level 2 – For those who have completed at least one Half Marathon and are looking to improve your finish time (Current weekly mileage should be 15-20 miles/week)
  • Level 3 – A more advanced, higher mileage plan for the experienced Half Marathoner looking to bust through a Half Marathon plateau (Currently weekly mileage should be 25+ miles/week)

12 Week Marathon Relay Training Plan – will prepare you to complete one leg of the Pittsburgh Marathon Relay. No previous race experience required. (run/walk interval training available)
