What is Make It A Mile?

Make It A Mile is a 4-week walking/running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.

We will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. ***We will begin Wednesday, January 3rd. The first week we will meet Wednesday, January 3rd and Thursday, January 4th because of Monday being New Year's Day and our stores will be closed.

We will have a Make It A Mile Celebration on Saturday, January 27th with family, friends and healthy snacks after completing one mile!

The cost of the program is $25 and will be capped at 50 participants, so sign up now!
