FUNdamentals Youth Running Program

Join the Fleet Feet team as we provide you with the motivation and guidance you need to learn the fundamentals of running, build your endurance and accomplish your goals. Whether you are a new runner or a seasoned athlete this program is for you. This fun program is designed to help athletes maintain fitness between their Cross Country and Track season. Our FUNdamentals program will include 9 weeks of coached runs, mentor support, participant in-store discounts, run safety training, prizes and more! The group runs will meet at Rohrman Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
