2018 Spring Yoga (3:30PM)

Yoga is for every BODY! Join us in Brentwood on Sundays beginning Febraury 4th at 3:30pm.  You'll experience a 60 minute yoga session focusing on areas that can most benefit runners. This is an 11 week program. 

 

We will not meet for class on Sunday, April 1st in observance of the the Easter holiday.
