Core Strengthening for Runners - Jan. 2018

This four-week program is designed to educate runners about the importance of a strong core while teaching participants key core exercises that can be incorporated into weekly training routines. Each class will begin with discussing key muscle groups and how they relate to strong, efficient running, followed by a demonstration of exercises. The remainder of the class will be a workout utilizing exercises reviewed.
