FFRC Winter Warriors 2018

Winter Warrior is an intermediate/advanced 5k and 10k training program with a focus on training during cold weather. The 8 week program meets three days a week. It begins on January 9th and concludes on March 10th with our goal race, the Sarah Strong 5k/10k run. Tuesdays @ 6pm (Running) Thursdays @ 6pm (Indoor Cross Training) Saturdays @ 9am (Running)
