Fleet Feet Sports' "Dash to the Holidays" NoBo program will help you transition from fall into winter running. We offer a 10-week training plan for 5k and 5 mile running and walking programs. Join in the camaraderie and fun, regardless of your ability, as we dash into the holiday season! We will meet you at your starting point and support you in your journey! Choose to walk, run/walk, or run your way to the finish line. This group is coached and mentored by people who started in this program and the camaraderie is second to none! Meet new friends, get accountability, and gain confidence!
WalkFIT - Walk a 5k or 5 miles using brisk walk/moderate walk intervals.
Run 5k - Increased intervals to get you running a 5k.
Run/Walk 5k - Use Run/Walk intervals to complete a 5k.
Run 5 miles - Increase your running distance from 3 miles to 5 miles.
Run/Walk 5 miles - Use Run/Walk intervals to complete 5 miles.
