This is not an active group.
There is no one way to live a healthy lifestyle; it takes a lot of different things that contribute to our overall health. We are going to use this program to look at three different parts to living a healthy lifestyle; what you eat, how you move, and how you think. This program is structured around nutrition, complimenting it with movement in our day to day lives. The key to weight loss is understanding that nutrition and exercise are two separate entities that work together to create a balance for every individual. Whether you are looking to meet a performance goal or weight loss goal this session of Dare To Be Healthy can help you get there!
