Half & Full Marathon Training Program - 2014 Fall

Our Fall Season full marathon training (26.2 miles) and half marathon training (13.1 miles) is a 20-week training program for anyone who can currently run a 20k or 10k, respectively. The program, designed to get you ready for the San Antonio Rock-N-Roll Marathon and Half-Marathon (or any marathon running this fall) will start on July 19th and continues through the first week of December. The cornerstone of the training, group long runs, will be on Saturday mornings with our coaches/mentors at 6am from Fleet Feet Sports. On Wednesday nights, we will have coached mid-week speed work sessions (available to all particpants) that will give you an extra edge in getting ready for your half or full.
