What is our Run A Mile Fitness Program?
Our Run A Mile program is a 4-week program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by training for a 1 mile run. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.
We meet Tuesday nights at 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am beginning Tuesday, September 5th.
We will have our Run A Mile Celebration on Saturday, September 30th, with family, friends and healthy snacks after completing one mile!
The cost of this program is $25.00 with the chance to earn a $25.00 gift card for attending all 8 sessions.
Cost includes: a 4-week training schedule; Coach-led workouts 2x weekly; a weekly email with training tips, nutrition and other educational information, and a fun celebration at the end of the program!
This 4 week program leads into our beginner friendly No Boundaries 5k program!
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
