Fleet Feet Sports is bringing you a series of 4-week programs.  Each program will have a different focus with the goal to introduce you to a new fitness skill.  Our mission is to help you learn and enjoy a variety of activities that can help you with your running and walking.  Even more importantly we want to help you to be your best self!

Living Fit Series July 2017
This July we are partnering with Jerry Long YMCA to bring you LES MILLS GRIT™ CARDIO in a FREE 4-Week long program.  Join us for one or all of the classes!  LES MILLS GRIT™ CARDIO is a 30-Minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. GRIT provides the challenge and intensity needed to get results fast.

Each LES MILLS GRIT™ workout takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast!  Rigorous scientific testing, as well as the coaching of different levels and options ensure all achieve maximum results, safely.  

  • Who:  FREE to ANYONE who wants to try out a motivating and energizing 30-Minute Workout!
  • What:  4x 30-Minute Workouts  
  • Where:  OUTDOORS at Fleet Feet Sports 
  • When:  First 4-Saturdays in July at 9:15AM (July 1, 8, 15 & 22)
  • Cost:  FREE

Regardless of your age or fitness background... this 4 week class if for you!
