Ray Tanner 5k 2017 Fall Training

No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks! The Ray Tanner Home Run 5k is our target race but you are welcome to choose a different 5k or run/walk with us for accountability. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving by providing guidance and advice. The program includes: weekly group training run/walks, weekly newsletters with training tips, educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! Program Start: Orientation, Sunday July 30th, 5PM at Fleet Feet Sports and Program Start Tuesday August 1st 6:30pm Irmo Community Park 7507 Eastview Dr, 29063 Irmo, SC Program Schedule: Tuesday 6:30pm, Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday 7:00AM Important Note: All training locations will be announced at a later date.
