Whether you are a first time marathoner or looking to improve your time, this 16-week program is perfect for you. We know that you're busy and that life sometimes gets in the way. With this program you won't have to commit to set weekly group runs. Instead you'll get targeted information through clinics and workshops from certified Fleet Feet running coaches with a combined 150+ years of running experience!
Here's what it DOES include: - 16-week training program review: we'll review both a beginner and intermediate program. - 2-Part Nutrition Series: Nutrition & Hydration for Training, plus Race Day Nutrition - Speed Workshop: this 4-part series will review the importance of speed and how it can improve marathon training and performance.
