Ton of Fun Weight Loss Challenge

This is not an active group.
This is a 12-week weight loss program to introduce the idea of creating a healthy and active lifestyle change. This includes: Weekly weigh-ins at the store on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, Weekly newsletters for motivation and support, A private accountability page on Facebook, Group workout opportunities and more. Program starts on Monday, June 12th 2017 with a Beginning of Program Pep Rally on Facebook. You can begin your weekly weigh-ins the week of June 12th. Information meeting is on Saturday, June 10, 2016 at Noon at Fleet Feet Sports.
