2017 Fall and Queen Bee Training

This is not an active group.

Join the official training program partners of the Queen Bee for a 14 week program to get you ready for your Queen Bee 4 Mile and Half Marathon this year!

If you are looking to train for a Fall Full marathon, we will also be training for the Columbus Full Marathon on October 15, 2017! The Full program will last 15 weeks.

The No Boundaries 5K/10K Program will complete our Fall Training group.

It will kick-off in the beginning of August. This 14-week program will train for the Queen Bee 4-miler (October) & the Matthew: 25 Ministries Fighting Hunger 5K (November).  

 

Training Details:

As always training will be offered in both Blue Ash and Oakley locations with our Head Coach and our AMAZING Pace Group Leader Team.

 

Half/Full Marathon Training Kick Off &"Packet Pick Up":

Blue Ash: Tuesday, June 27th: Come anytime between 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Oakley: Wednesday, June 28th: Come anytime between 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Come to whichever location you will be training out of.

 

Half/Full Marathon Workout Locations & Times:

We will meet weekly for our training workouts at both locations:

-Blue Ash: Tuesdays 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM

-Oakley: Wednesday 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM

 

No Boundaries Training Kick-Off & Info Sessions:

Tuesday, July 25 at 6:30 pm at the Oakley store

Wednesday, July 26 at 6:30 pm at the Blue Ash store

Saturday, July 29 at 9 am at both stores

**You only need to attend one.
