Myrtle Beach Mini Training Group

This is not an active group.
This training group is designed to help runners and run/walkers successfully complete the 2017 Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon (13.1 miles). This 15 week program will safely train beginners for their first half marathon, or help experienced runners improve upon their previous half marathon time. The program is led and designed by a certified exercise physiologist and experienced distance runners. The training plan provided will include speed and hill workout sessions, long runs, tempo runs, cross training and strength training suggestions, and of course the guidance to understand what these all mean! Participants will receive unlimited access to their coaches throughout the duration of the program. Participants will also receive Team Fleet Feet Myrtle Beach racing shirts or singlets, as well as a Milestone Pod to help track workouts, and help the coaches monitor various running metrics of each participant. Program begins on July 10th, 2017 and will conclude with the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon on October 22, 2017. Interested participants should be able to complete a 3 mile run or run/walk by the beginning of the program. Note: race entry fee is not included in the training program fee.
