NoBoundaries Beginner 5K/10K - Fall 2017

Join Fleet Feet Sports, Augusta to walk or run your first 5k or 10K. This program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k or 10K in less than three months.

The program will follow a 10-week training plan, and along the way we'll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly coached group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. You will also receive our weekly Training Newsletter with the 10 week training plan, tips, and topics to help with your training and to keep you motivated.

Meeting Times/Locations: Tuesdays 6pm - North Augusta Greeneway, Saturdays 8am - Savannah Rapids Pavilion

We will hold an in-store info session for the group on September 9th, 2017 @ 9am at Fleet Feet Sports for those wanting to learn more about the group. The program will Kick Off on September 16th, 2017 @ 8:30AM at Fleet Feet Sports.
