Looking to run your greatest Great Race yet? Whether you're signed up for the 5k, or 10k, this training program is designed to help you clinch that PR! With three training plan levels, this program will accommodates that are looking to:

  • Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race
  • Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race and a Fall Half Marathon
  • Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race and a Fall Marathon

This 12-Week Training Program begins on Monday, July 3 and culminates with the Pittsburgh Great Race on Sunday, September 24.  We will have three supported workouts each week:

  • Wednesday #SpeedSquad
  • Friday Tempo Runs
  • Sunday Group Long Runs with the Flyers Run Club
