Fleet Feet Sports is bringing you a series of 4-week programs.  Each program will have a different focus with the goal to introduce you to a new fitness skill.  Our mission is to help you learn and enjoy a variety of activities that can help you with your running and walking.  Even more importantly we want to help you to be your best self!

Living Fit Series June 2017
This June Coach Stacie Battjes will lead you through a 4-week series on Running Form.  You will learn drills, cadence, foot strike, and how different shoes can set you up for running form success.  We will take video and guide you in evaluating one another throughout the course.  

  • Who:  ANYONE who wants to run more efficiently and be less vulnerable to injury.  Pace does NOT matter!
  • What:  4x 1 Hour Clinics to help you improve your running form.  
  • Where:  Classes 1, 2 and 4 will meet at Fleet Feet Sports.  The third week we will meet at Hanes Park Track.  
  • When:  Tuesdays at 6:00PM starting June 6th
  • Cost:  $30 per person for the 1x/week 4-week class. 

Regardless of your age, pace, and running background... this 4 week class if for you!
