IMAGINE HOW YOU WILL FEEL AS YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE OF THE GREAT RACE!

Our Fall "Great Race" No Boundaries 5k and 10k group is a 12-week training program that prepares you to run or walk Pittsburgh's iconic Great Race in late September! Choose to walk, run/walk, or run your way to the finish line. This group is coached and mentored by people who started in this program and the camaraderie is second to none! Meet new friends, get accountability, and gain confidence! 

 

OUR PROGRAMS!

WalkFIT - Walk your way to the finish line using brisk walk/moderate walk intervals.

5k1 - Beginner 5k program that uses intervals from day one to race day.

5k2 - Intermediate 5k program that starts with intervals and has you running prior to race day.

10k1 - Beginner 10k program that starts with intervals and has you running by week 8!

10k2 - Intermediate 10k program that uses running from day one, 5k experience encouraged.

 

There is something for everyone in this program & we hope you will join us. Regardless of your starting point, we are here to support you every step of the way!
