No Boundaries II Fall Session

No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries I - it's perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K or improve upon their running skills. Our NOBO II group will emphasize continuous running rather than a run walk intervals, and focus on pace and form - to ensure we reach the finish line stronger and healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength.

You will have an opportunity to train two days a week with the group and will receive a week by week training plan to follow during the days we do not meet as a group. We’ll have a Monday night run and a longer run on Saturday morning. Our weeknight meetings start at 6 pm and are held at the store. The Saturday morning runs start at 8 am and will be held at the store as well. 

All location information will be shared with you each week in our Program Newsletters, on our private Facebook group, and can also be found on our Fleet Feet Calendar. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season.  In addition to the workouts there are educational clinics, motivational speakers, nutrition tips from local nutritionists and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.
